7AM-5PM Monday through Thursday
Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming experience
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing shipments
- Arrange travel for management and schedule conference room reservations
- Provide clerical support to various departments, including HR, Sales, Quality, and Payroll
- Order office and warehouse supplies to maintain workplace efficiency
- Organize catering for meetings and assist with setup upon delivery
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures, issue employee ID badges, and maintain location security
Qualifications
- Experience (6 months to 1 year) in performing administrative or clerical tasks, .
- High school education, with preference given to candidates who have attended college or technical school
- Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary: $17/hr.-$20/hr.
