12 Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Technology Third Party and Change Executive. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities - Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, meetings, and tele-presence.
- Handle travel planning and itinerary coordination, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Communicate with executives, senior management, and external stakeholders to gather and convey important information.
- Answer and manage the executive's phone calls, documenting messages and handling calls with discretion.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and related documents with clarity and accuracy.
- Organize and coordinate executive-related events, off-sites, and staff engagements.
- Manage conflicting priorities and projects, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with diplomacy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Proven ability to interact with senior-level executives professionally.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
