Connections Personnel has a part time opening for a family owned Excavation and Demolition company located in Plainfield, NJ from 9am-3pm for a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant. Looking for a candidate who can work independently and has worked previously in the construction industry to assist owner of the company.
Responsibilities:- Knowledge in construction office duties.
- Preparing bid documents and permit packets.
- QuickBooks, estimates for clients and billing out jobs to customers.
- Following up with jobs and making sure everything gets billed and filed properly.
- Renew licenses.
- Notary is A+.
Qualifications- Microsoft Word, Excel and Data Entry.
- Construction Experience A+
Schedule 9am-3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday off. 24 hours per week
Benefits Sick pay, PTO after 8 months 5 days 1 SICK DAY and after one year you can have 2 weeks and 2 sick days.
Pay is $23/hr-$24/hr depending on experience.
