About the Job:

The Nutrition Group has an open position of administrative support personnel. This position entails completing paperwork tasks and data entry for the daily operations at a K-12 School Cafeteria. This position will be reporting to the Director of HR & Operations.

Duties to include:
  • Telephone and electronic communications with corporate office, school district, kitchen managers, Operations Managers, Directors, etc.
  • Scheduling interviews for Directors
  • Organizing and filing employee records
  • Processing and upload clearances in payroll software
  • Invoice submittal, process and organize for all 16 schools
  • Accurate accounting practices by organizing and processing sales for all 16 schools
  • Assisting with payroll entry as needed
  • Assist with counting, entering, and reviewing inventory as needed
  • Place uniform, office supply orders
  • Maintain district supply closet and organize as needed
  • Communications with school district officials
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Evidence of strong direction-following skills
  • Interest in working around children
  • Must be willing to travel to all 16 locations within the school district if necessary
PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  1. Assist customers (students, teachers, administrators, etc) in a kind and friendly manner.
  2. Keep all paperwork accurate, organized and neat.
  3. Adhere to all policies and procedures developed by the school district.
  4. All other duties as assigned by Directors.
