Solairus is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Maintenance department. As a member of our Maintenance team in Petaluma, CA, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for aiding the department in daily tasks and larger projects. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong computer skills and can adapt to learning new systems.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties- Track revision status of company and technical manuals
- Organize and maintain a database of manuals and records
- General Data entry
- Ordering and distributing manuals
- Coordinates New Hire Onboarding and Training.
- Assists the Manager of Quality Assurance with Vendor Approval process.
- Assists in the collecting and organization of data for various types of reports and projects.
Qualifications- High School Diploma / GED, Two year degree preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Software, experienced with Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Comfortable working with various systems, databases and technical programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in organizing and performing detail-oriented and timely duties and functions
- Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Two years of equivalent experience preferred

Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. This position pay range is $20 - $25 per hour based on geographic area, experience.
