Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Campus President, Management staff and the Admissions Department at all times. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work. The incumbent projects a professional, company image through in-person and telephone interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers and Routes all incoming phone calls
  • Assists Registrar with Miscellaneous duties
  • Fulfills all Accounts payable duties
  • Sets up and confirms appointments
  • Greets all visitors and callers and answer inquiries
  • Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintains hard copy and electric filing system
  • Signs for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/ Airborne packages
  • Researches, prices, and purchases office furniture and supplies
  • Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, and office keys
  • Maintains and distributes staff weekly schedules
  • Accurately accepts payments for services/products and maintains salon cash drawer
  • Supports staff in assigned project based work
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Tracks Admissions phone leads
  • Opens Facility and ensures neatness of reception areas
  • Inputs new leads in CampusVue
  • Gathers and track documents required for student files
  • Assists Admission Representatives in file preparation
  • Assists with ordering office supplies
  • Sorts incoming mail
  • Orders meals for different school functions
  • Orders students and faculty/staff identification badges
  • Maintains confidentiality of all business records and information
  • Provides assistance to other managers as appropriate
  • Handles day-to-day care of current students
Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills; telephone protocol
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possesses an upbeat, professional personality and is a team player
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and represent the company in a professional manner with all customers, personnel, vendors, and students.
Classification: Non-exempt

Work Hours: May vary daily, and evening and weekend hours may be required

Travel: Minimal
