Our client, a small family-owned wealth management company, is looking for their next Administrative Assistant to join the team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $60k - $70k Position Overview: This Administrative Assistant should have strong multitasking and problem-solving skills and be extremely well-versed in Microsoft Office. An ideal candidate will have the personality to work with all types of people, build relationships, and be a self-starter who easily takes ownership over projects. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Support two senior-level executives.
  • Manage the executives' calendars, including meetings and travel (personal meetings, doctor appointments, etc. included).
  • Build and foster relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports weekly and present results to management.
  • Plan travel accommodations, both domestic and international.
  • Prepare expense reports, review for accuracy, and submit to management in a timely fashion.
  • Be the main point of contact for the office in terms of answering phones, emails, and directing to the correct department, and taking ownership of administrative needs.
  • Manage all conference room meetings.
  • Create and distribute training materials in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with department-specific projects on an as-needed basis.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant supporting multiple people
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Ability to be on-site.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
