Our client, a small family-owned wealth management company, is looking for their next
Administrative Assistant to join the team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $60k - $70k Position Overview: This Administrative Assistant should have strong multitasking and problem-solving skills and be extremely well-versed in Microsoft Office. An ideal candidate will have the personality to work with all types of people, build relationships, and be a self-starter who easily takes ownership over projects. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Support two senior-level executives.
- Manage the executives' calendars, including meetings and travel (personal meetings, doctor appointments, etc. included).
- Build and foster relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports weekly and present results to management.
- Plan travel accommodations, both domestic and international.
- Prepare expense reports, review for accuracy, and submit to management in a timely fashion.
- Be the main point of contact for the office in terms of answering phones, emails, and directing to the correct department, and taking ownership of administrative needs.
- Manage all conference room meetings.
- Create and distribute training materials in a timely fashion.
- Assist with department-specific projects on an as-needed basis.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant supporting multiple people
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to be on-site.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
