We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Consulting Administrative Assistant for our client int the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be proficient in filing. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consulting team, assisting with client management, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
These functions include - but are not limited to - attending to initial contracts, example MOA, inquiries, facilitating meetings, maintaining contract, vendor files , updating digital and hard copy files required by audit regulations and ensure all contracts, licenses and certifications are up to date, monitor contract required report collections and maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Ability to quickly learn and master contract management practices in regard to both revenue and expense contracts, as well report writing, project management is required.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting and finance industry.
2. Proficiency in filing and other administrative tasks.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
8. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
9. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is a plus.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
