Description

This position is an administrative role that supports the operations staff for this company. Assistant will be able to create and manage spreadsheets, input and utilize various databases, run reports and create professional documents and other correspondence. Perform daily assigned tasks that may include any combination of billing, purchase orders, maintain job logs, complete closing packages, etc. Ensure billing is complete and accurate by verifying the services installed are reflective of the services on the account along with the appropriate one-time charges being added to the account. General clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, scanning, making copies, etc).

Hours are 7-4 with a rotating one day of the week 8-5 and every 4th Friday 8-5.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred candidate will have 1-3 year's minimum experience providing administrative support. Be detailed oriented with focus on accuracy; be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills; and be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Experience with Google Suite or MS Office Suite of products: MS Word, MS Excel


• Good written and verbal communications skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
