Long term contract assignment that can transition to Direct hire after 6 months.

Near Downtown Omaha Location and an In-Office Position M-F

Data entry/ tracking and/or data analysis skills


Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to communications team and assist with ordering supplies, invoice tasks, onboarding tasks, and indexing support of digital content.
  • Data entry/ tracking and/or data analysis
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving, and preparing facilities and resources, and arranging offsite meetings as requested.
  • Sending out monthly bulletins
  • Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
  • Maintain various logs, reports, and templates.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.
  • Assist and/or arrange conference calls.
  • Copy and distribute correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person.
  • Assist managers with planning and scheduling of activities

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable presenting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in all capacities within the company.
  • Ability to keep things confidential, professional, adaptable, and anticipating needs

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Degree or GED
