Overview:

We are a reputable service station seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time or Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including auditing videos, filling out scorecards to evaluate GSR performance, completing gas reports, assisting with paperwork, and other related duties. The position offers flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit videos and fill out scorecards to evaluate GSRs on their presentation and adherence to procedures.
  • Complete and maintain accurate gas reports.
  • Assist with organizing and managing paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
  • Social Media knowledge is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Base Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
