We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to support the In/Out Processing Support Office within AFRL. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth personnel processing, assisting with account troubleshooting, and maintaining administrative workflows for government personnel.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level customer service to personnel during in/out processing procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for network account and Active Directory troubleshooting.
- Answer general inquiries related to the AFRL team and processing procedures.
- Track due dates and initiate suspenses for a variety of administrative and personnel-related requirements.
- Enter and manage data across multiple systems; ensure accurate integration of data into required forms and systems.
- Maintain official records in designated record management systems.
- Process, review, and route electronic correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
- Create and maintain fillable digital forms and documents.
- Manage SharePoint/Teams site.
Requirements - Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team setting.
- Detail-oriented with experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with electronic data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional): - Prior experience working in a federal or DoD environment.
- Experience with government administrative systems and secure correspondence tools.
