Job Summary: Our client is looking for a reliable and friendly Administrative Assistant to join their team as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is key to keeping the office running smoothly and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is organized, and has a proactive attitude. While the core duties are focused on reception and administrative support, there is flexibility to grow the role depending on your skills and interests.
Job Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk/reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the wider team with tasks and projects as needed
- Take initiative on additional responsibilities based on ability and experience
Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
