Required Qualifications: This position requires a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, or closely related field. Four (4) years of experience in post-secondary education, accreditation or related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities : This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the College community to facilitate the curriculum development process, including approval of new curriculum from initiation to implementation and major program/course revisions, maintain and update curriculum development forms, serve as liaison between academic affairs and curriculum committee, and maintain and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Administer the planning and implementation of annual updates to the college wide program guides, catalog course descriptions, master course descriptions and lab fees. Serve as liaison for Academic Affairs with other areas in maintaining curriculum related updates to the online college catalog, student handbook and other marketing and/or promotional pieces.
  • Provide oversight and maintain the academic course catalog, program and lab fee databases in PeopleSoft. Must develop and maintain annual academic and curriculum related reports on the College portal and websites.
  • Serve as liaison with the FLDOE, Division of Career and Adult Education, the Florida College System and the Institution Contact for the Statewide Course Numbering System.
  • Provide leadership and support to the academic community and other areas in completing special projects, reports and correspondence in compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), including approval of new, revised, and sunset programs.
  • Provides support to the College community in completing special projects and reports related to such areas as Student Accounts, Institutional Research and Enrollment Services.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and meet goals is required.
  • Knowledge of computers, peripherals and software programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ablility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Flexiblity in order to match the demands of the College.
  • Ablility to take direction as well as work effectively and professionally on their own.
