Primary Talent Partners has a new 3 Month Contract with one of our Clients in New Port Richy, FL

Pay: $20/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Description:

• Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook

• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Communicates in a timely, proactive manner

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

• Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player

• Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports

• Ability to precisely follow instructions

• Aptitude for learning new programs and processes

• Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus Job Responsibilities:

• The associate will provide administrative support to the Beckman Coulter Diagnostic Coordination Cetner.

• The associate will have responsibilities for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks (e.g., creation of work orders, scheduling, and customer service)

• The associate will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments

• The associate will perform other duties as assigned by leadership team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Projects as assigned
- Provide confidential and administrative support to executive schedules/calendars
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel as requested
- Meeting logistics for Marketing, POC IT, Training, Finance and Service Teams
- Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site and off-site related to needs of direct reports and their staff
- Provide Card expense reconciliation for VP, Marketing
- Active partner with Sales in the planning, setups, and running of the annual
National Meeting
- Assist in arrangements of National Shows (AACC, AARC, etc)
- Assist with Regional Show banner orders and literature requests
- Literature stocking and ordering
- Shipping requests / includes back-office requests as needed
- Check requests / Purchase Orders
- Setup and coordinate hotel arrangements, meeting rooms, and F/B for
different General Support
- User Testing: Responsible for meeting coordination and logistics
- Vendor screening (forms/approvals)
- Liaison to Facilities
- Gift/flower orders for life events
- Engagement Committee team member
