Description

Diggers Hotline is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our management team and Board of Directors. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this role ensures the efficient processing of office information, paperwork, and administrative tasks in line with Diggers Hotline policies. This is a part time, 28-30 hour/week position (M-F 7:30am - 1pm).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors; handle deliveries.
  • Prepare and distribute Board of Directors meeting minutes, agendas, and reports.
  • Coordinate and set up Board meetings, committee meetings, and training sessions.
  • Assist Outreach team with incoming requests and documentation relating to Membership.
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and management requests as needed.
  • Sort, review, and route mail; handle mass mailings and postage.
  • Maintain office and break room supplies.
  • Organize corporate files and assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.

Salary Description

$21-$25/hour based on skills and experience
