Job Summary: The Physician Services Administrative Assistant will support the physician service department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and assisting with onboarding processes. This role involves maintaining confidentiality and handling clerical duties with high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting management, including minutes and agendas for all departments, including Pediatrics and Surgery.
Assist with onboarding for physicians, including access requests, badges, and proctoring.
Maintain confidentiality and handle clerical tasks with high accuracy.
Organize events such as Doctors' Day, and manage supplies and food orders.
Provide clerical support, assist visitors, and handle inquiries.
Run reports, manage onboarding processes, and handle correspondence, dues, and invoices.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and clerical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in managing reports and documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
