Position Description:
  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take dictation, and produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Review and maintain written and computer files, and develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential and sensitive data.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role in Oil & Gas Upstream
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word.
  • Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
  • Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and other
  • Strong teammate; be committed to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports
  • Public Notary a plus
Position Details:

Location: Monahans, TX

Schedule: 5/2

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
