Title: Admin Assistant Location- Modesto, CA Duration- 2 months of contractual Pay- $19.52/hour on W2 Job Summary: The Admin Assistant will support the escrow department with administrative tasks and customer service related to escrow closings. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, opening orders, setting up files, processing funds, handling documents and reconveyances, and managing pre- and post-closing file maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and customer service support for escrow closings
- Answer phone calls, greet customers, and request necessary documentation
- Process order openings, deposits, distributions, and document transmittals
