We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our small business team. In this role, you will work closely with the company owner and current office manager to assist with various daily business procedures.
Your responsibilities will emphasize technician scheduling, dispatch and customer service. In addition, you will assist our office manager as needed with daily office procedures including invoicing/billing, accounts receivable and payable management, HR, inventory maintenance and organization, vendor communication and office organization. Our ideal candidate is self motivated, has a positive attitude, enjoys customer service, and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
