Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support, including word processing, data entry, answering phone calls, taking minutes/notes, processing mail, generating reports, photocopying, faxing, filing, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and greeting visitors.
  • Track and maintain an adequate supply of forms and supplies; manage office equipment, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparations and setup. Maintain meeting room calendars.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships; practice attentive and active listening; gain trust and support of coworkers; express ideas appropriately; manage diverse relationships.
  • Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recent administrative support experience
  • 1 year minimum experience must be in healthcare, social work or insurance setting
  • High School Diploma
Work Environment:

Fully onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Start Date: April 18th

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
