Administrative Assistant (Part-time) we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our juvenile justice-involved youth.
Who We Are:DYS Health Services is a program of JRI contracted to provide comprehensive health care for juvenile justice-involved adolescent males in residential placement at the Department of Youth Services in the Northeast Region.
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $21-$23/hour
What You'll Do: - Assist with mailings and administrative projects
- Assist in creating and sustaining office organizational systems, etc.
- Maintain data entry and tracking systems- annual evaluations, trainings, hiring documentation, etc.
- Ensure all HR documentation is organized, up to date and filed correctly. This includes documentation on benefits, worker's compensation, FMLA, background checks, references, I-9.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of personnel files.
- Responsible for management of areas of daily functioning of the Program Director and admin team including but not limited to: filing, faxing, copying as needed.
- Maintain positive communication with the Program Director and Administrative team.

Requirements: - Must be 21 years or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual candidates strongly encourage to apply.
- Office support and human resources experience.
- Knowledge of office administration, human resource management policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Very effective organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills (data input, excel/spreadsheets and ability to learn program specific computer programs), Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.
