Job Description
This is an entry-level position providing essential support to the Project Management team and their customers. The role involves managing, organizing, and entering information across multiple platforms, including heavy use of Excel and OV systems, while working across multiple accounts simultaneously. Collaboration with Project Managers and production teams is crucial to ensure tasks are managed and delivered on time. This position is primarily internal-facing, with customer correspondence varying based on account needs.
Responsibilities
- Track various project-related metrics and data.
- Compile billing summaries and kitted ship lists.
- Create item codes and subs for Finished Goods.
- Place orders for Finished Goods and follow up with tracking.
- Discard unnecessary orders.
- Follow up on backorders and monitor inactive status of item codes.
- Assist with creating pallet labels for customers.
- Conduct legwork for workers to track down information for Project Managers.
- Perform kit checks as needed.
- Double check packing lists for accuracy.
- Pack samples and manage their shipping.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in administrative support and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Excel, including V-Lookups and mathematical functions.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
- Competency in data entry and using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Billing experience or experience as an accounting clerk.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
