Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the General Manager, including managing payroll submissions and distributing HR documents to team members.
  • Monitor and triage emails, phone calls, and mail; respond or escalate inquiries as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for confidential records, contracts, and other key documentation.
  • Assist with invoice coding, cash handling and accounting emails as needed.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and follow through until resolution.
  • Assist with new hire documentation.
Guest Relations:
  • Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and guests, team members, and brand representatives.
  • Support VIP arrivals with personalized touches such as welcome letters and amenity coordination.
  • Assist with guest recovery efforts and ensure timely follow-up on service concerns in partnership with department heads.
Team and Hotel Operations Support:
  • Coordinate internal meetings, assist with cross-departmental communication, and help track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales, F&B, Operations, or other departments as needed.
  • Welcome and assist guests, visitors or vendors professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
Special Projects & Coordination:
  • Support departments with special projects, including data entry, report generation, and meeting setup.
  • Respond to consumer and guest inquiries received through hotel websites, phone calls, or other channels.
