About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This full-time role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks, including scheduling, organizing office procedures, and maintaining accurate data entry. You will play a key role in supporting different departments and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
