Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support that ensures the office operates efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage various tasks that involve scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries from clients and the public.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings and team gatherings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
