A prominent probate law firm in Encino is seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Specialist to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM), perfect for someone who thrives in a team-focused, client-facing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Be the face of the firm-warmly greet clients and guests
- Manage office supplies and assist with general operations and accounting support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist attorneys with administrative duties, correspondence, filing, and time entry review
- Organize physical and electronic case files
- Keep meeting rooms and the office environment prepared and professional
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing 50+ WPM
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HS diploma with experience also considered)
- A "can-do" attitude and team-first mindset
