Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize schedules and calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and facilities.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
