Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize schedules and calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and facilities.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
