Administrative Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA. (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $33-$43/Hour

6 month Assignment (Potential to extend)

(Candidate must have own transportation. Metro rail/train does not travel to this area.)
Work Schedule:
4/10 schedule (Monday - Thursday)
Hybrid schedule starting as early as 6:00am - 4:30pm, with Fridays off

On behalf of our client one of the Largest Water Distributors in Southern California we are seeking for and Administrative Assistant that will help support in Contract Administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Mail Services and Answer Phones
  • Perform Data Entry and Process Invoices (heavy workload, handling over 70 contracts)
  • Support administrative tasks in an informal office setting (construction site)
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and work independently
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience; or Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and DocuSign
  • Experience in invoice processing, Mail Services, phone answering, and customer service
  • Valid CA driver's license required
  • Candidates from Finance, Real Estate, or Construction backgrounds preferred
