Job Description:
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in data entry, light IT troubleshooting, marketing support, and general office upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & System Updates (60-70%)
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate product and pricing information.
- Basic IT Support (10%)
- Assist with general tech needs such as printer setup, software updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Marketing Support (10%)
- Help prepare and publish marketing materials to digital platforms.
- Administrative Support (10-20%)
- Order office supplies, maintain workspace organization, and support daily office operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech savvy
