Salary:

$22 - $25 / hr

How You Will Make a Difference:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will help support the service department and interact with our customers daily. You will help build trust and loyalty with customers by working to help alleviate any questions they might have and provide impeccable customer service. We will help train you to be successful and grow within the company.

• Assist in answering phones and distributing mail

• Assist with various office duties including greeting visitors, filing, and collecting payments

• Write and set up tickets for service calls that come in via phone, email, or from the technicians

• Process service tickets for billing to comply with deadlines

• Enter/process weekly payroll with a hard deadline

• Enter/process accounts payable invoices to comply with deadlines

• Maintain purchase order logs weekly

• Update customer database as needed

• Communicate paperwork status/issues with managers

• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

How You Will Be Successful:

• Ready to be part of a customer-centric team

• Have strong interpersonal and oral-communication skills

• Ability to work within deadline constraints on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

• Experience working in an administrative office role - 2+ years preferred

• Accounts payable entry/processing - 2+ years

• Experience with payroll entry - preferred

• Competent using a computer and adding machine

• High school diploma or equivalent
