About the Role: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our long-term client in the restaurant supply industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, customer interactions, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and processing orders as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and general office organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in the restaurant supply industry is a plus but not required.
