restaurant supply industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, customer interactions, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
- Respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and processing orders as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and general office organization.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications: - 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
