This is a hybrid position. Please do not apply unless you are local to our office in Lansdale, PA. The Opportunity: The Product Development Team creates new products and improves the performance, cost, and/or quality of existing products to achieve Keystone's business goals and core values.
The Product Development Administrator assists with keeping product development organized, maintaining various records, reports, and data imports to database. This role works closely with the Product Development Operations Manager and Engineering and will play a key role in the Product Development department's daily success.

Your Impact: - Administrative tasks such as maintaining artwork and product management records in computer system
- Adding and maintaining production order item codes and all product spec sheets in company database
- Production order entry and processing
- Assisting Product Development Operations Manager with Digital Asset Management
- Importing and updating of pricing records in company database
- Running reports and inquiries from company database
- Maintaining available UPC codes and importing assigned codes to GS1
- Proofreading of supporting documentation for technical product
- Shipping and receiving packages for Product Development, log samples and returns for RMAs and Engineering projects, and maintain corresponding dashboards
- Organizing all IES photometric files for ease of reference and use for other team members and customers
- Assisting Engineering team with managing RMAs in Engineering lab, including retrieving from warehouse and logging, as well as shipping out for failure analysis if needed and disposing of completed testing samples
- Helping with document management including updating master lists and various logs
- Updating and maintaining attributes for Keystone's full product library
- Assisting with training and support of additional Admins
What you bring: - High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
- Capable of working effectively in a team setting as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word and Excel), with ability to learn new computer systems
- Experience using Prophet 21 and Wrike preferred but not required
