Our client, a property management company located in Jersey City, NJ has an immediate need for an Front Desk Receptionist. This is an in person, ongoing, Full Time opportunity. The pay rate for this position is $20/hr. Previous experience working for a property management company is highly desirable.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Directing calls effectively and or taking detailed messages
  • Calendar Management
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties and projects as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years+ in an Administrative Assistant role
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Savvy with current and new technologies including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams & Outlook), Zoom, and Social Media.
