Administrative Assistant Full Time/Temporary

MarCom, LLC is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position for the Environmental Support and Services organization with Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA). This full time/temporary position is for 783 hours.
Responsibilities Work responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Adobe.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Performing routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, simple calculations, and records maintenance.
- Collating/manipulating detailed data in Excel spreadsheet format and converting to graphic form.
- Planning/coordinating informal and formal meetings with small to large groups.
- Create and/or prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Provide procurement support for office supplies, software/hardware, meeting/conference registrations, equipment & supplies for projects and/or infrastructure activities.
- Receive and handle phone calls, arrange meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Facilitate phone requests and other maintenance and service requests.
- Organize deliveries and pickups between various postal/shipping services
- Provide occasional review of technical documents
- Take meeting minutes and provide a summary to attendees
In addition to the essential job functions described above, position will perform duties as requested by management.
EducationPrevious Experience- Minimum one (1) year administrative duties required
