We are currently looking for an experienced Admin Assistant for a contractor in the Astoria, NY area. This is a direct hire position with full benefits being offered.
Key Responsibilties:
- ssist in managing the preparation, submission, and ongoing maintenance of government and local agency contracts.
- Provide essential administrative support to account managers by organizing job schedules and communicating updates.
- Prepare and manage invoices related to government contracts and service agreements.
- Handle routine office tasks such as anwering phones, emails, organizing supplies, and managing office facilities as delegated by management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience preferably in the construction and building maintenance industry
- Experience with prevailing wage is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and accountability
