Downtown oil and gas firm is hiring an entry level administrative assistant with 2 to 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, high technical abilities and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings as well as put together meeting materials
  • Coordinate oil and gas procedure training classes
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other high technical skills
