Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant II - Learning and Development will provide clerical and administrative support for the Learning & Development Department. This position reports to the Learning Experience Manager.

Essential Position Functions
  • Provides general administrative assistance and support for manager and department
  • Assists with preparation of presentation and communications from the Learning and Development
  • Assists in organization, maintenance, scheduling, and facilitation of Learning and Development
  • Assists with receipt management and credit card allocation for department
  • Assists management with compiling peer feedback and self-assessments for department performance reviews.
  • Supports management with UKG functionality and ensures accuracy of staff vacation
  • Aids manager in Outlook calendaring and e- mail
  • Assists with the scheduling of training sessions and events, including travel arrangements/notifying all relevant parties.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring all training rooms/venues, and equipment are booked for training
  • Sends out appropriate pre & post-course information to participants/managers in advance of training courses.
  • Prints support materials/handouts for training courses, and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.
  • Sends out course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires following training courses and compiling / communicating feedback to the training facilitator.
  • Assists trainers as needed including possible facilitation and assistance in training
  • Assists with end user technical Provide timely correspondence to all concerns and requests within same day.
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to system functionality and software
  • Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
  • Answers questions and addresses concerns regarding e-learning from end-users and administrators
  • Maintain e-learning course catalog and make revisions as necessary.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative assistant role required, or any combination of education and/or experience which would lead to the ability to perform the essential job responsibilities of the position. Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.

Expected hourly range for this position depending on experience:

$24-$28 USD

Compensation

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Physical Requirements

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
