Job Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with their needs.
  • Assist in office management tasks, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling correspondence and documentation.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of administrative support experience
    • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
    • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start date.
