Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Greet visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with their needs.
- Assist in office management tasks, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling correspondence and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
