What We're Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative functions for the Associate VP of Care Transitions and Transition to Community Living (TCL) Operations and TCL Director. On a typical day, you might: - Submit work orders for repairs for general office space and equipment.
- Ensure maintenance contractors are issued a visitors' badge and sign the visitors log during onsite maintenance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Provide correspondence and assistance to the Associate VP of Care Transitions (TCL) and TCL Director.
- Handle and process confidential information.
- Assist as needed in preparation of informational reports/special projects requested.

Qualifications: Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED with one (1) year of clerical experience OR equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Prefer experience in assisting a Director and four (4) years of clerical and office management experience.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver's license
Location:
Greenville, NC. Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
