ROLE IMPACT The Administrative Assistant supports internal teams by managing multiple client-account spreadsheets, reviewing sensitive documentation, and acting as the final checkpoint for accuracy. This person also provides front-office support and will be a key contributor in maintaining secure and compliant operations.
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Onsite
Compensation & Schedule- $50,000-$60,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Summer: Mon-Thu 7:30am-5:30pm, Fri 7:30am-12pm)
Direct Hire KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets tied to accounting and client accounts
- Review and verify contracts and internal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as the final review before documentation is submitted or filed
- Greet guests, answer multi-line phones, sort incoming mail
- Provide admin support across departments with a focus on confidentiality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years in an administrative, accounting, or office support role
- High school diploma
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage and protect confidential information
- High attention to detail and comfort reviewing legal or financial documents
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS- Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Office phone system
- Secure document management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS- Prior experience supporting Department of Defense or government clients
- Familiarity with contract management or compliance review
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
