Position Overview: Administrative Assistant The
Administrative Assistant provides critical clerical and administrative support to the Healthcare Administration and the Vice President of Operations. This role plays an essential part in ensuring efficient operations and contributing to our mission of high-quality care and service.
Key Responsibilities: - Review invoices and create check requests for Healthcare Administrator approval; submit to Accounts Payable weekly.
- Monitor compliance with various Healthcare programs.
- Support annual updates, surveys, and audits.
- Schedule meetings and assist the VP of Operations and Healthcare Administration as needed.
- Provide assistance with special projects and tasks as assigned by the VP of Operations.
- Maintain Healthcare statistics and reports.
Qualifications: - Associate's degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of three years of administrative or office experience.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
Skills & Attributes: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and systems.
- Proficient in various computer programs and adaptable to learning new software.
