This opportunity is onsite at our corporate office. We offer a flexible part-time schedule of 32-34 hours and benefits including health insurance options.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide accurate, timely report creation and queries such as monthly Rolling Tonnage Report, DSM Incentive Tons Report, Rebate Report and other general reports on a monthly or Quarterly basis as needed for department managers.
  • Monitor and reconcile tonnage report to verify sales orders are entered into correct territory.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the COO, NSM's, Directors of Manufacturing, and Sales Engineers including a variety of clerical tasks such as typing, editing, copying, internal and external correspondence, faxes, bids and presentation preparation for COO and NSM's
  • Creates and maintains pricing and mailing lists for each department.
  • Orders supplies and office materials including product brochures, promotional materials, holiday cards and interoffice materials.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and UPS shipments.
  • Provides backup phone support in the event any department will be vacant from their phones for lunch or departmental meetings.
  • Coordinates rebate programs including distribution of worksheets, related information, tracking and proposal activities.
  • Calculates and maintains DSM incentive program including new account administrative activities.
  • Provides Microsoft Office training, SOX compliance and travel arrangement coordination as necessary.
Requirements and Education:
  • 1 or more year's related work experience
  • Technical training (high school and more than one year of specialized professional secretarial or administrative assistant training)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Word, Excel including the ability to train users as needed
  • Overarching working expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Technical aptitude to learn new systems quickly and capably
  • Reliable and consistent in work product outputs
  • Good communication skills; organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities required
  • Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders
