Description

Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a full-time, in-office administrative assistant who can provide an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while providing administrative support to the firm. Tech-savvy, strong work ethic, and punctuality are essential. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm. No calls, please.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Firm Ambassador and the first point of contact for all calls, in-person clients, and attorney meetings

• Provide A+ customer service to every caller

• Utilize our multi-line phone system to prioritize client interactions while managing other calls efficiently and politely

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, correspondence, calendaring, scanning, and managing conference room bookings for several firms

• Heavy file management, both physical and digital

• Provide clerical support to the operations team, assisting wherever needed

• Willingness to learn new programs and systems

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative assistant or professional customer service role

• Flexibility, optimism, and empathy towards individuals dealing with matrimonial issues

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliability and responsibility in all tasks

• Technical proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
