POSITION IS A CONTRACT FOR A FEW MONTHS THEN MAY HAVE A CHANCE TO GO PERMANENT EVENTUALLY WITH GOOD PERFORMANCE.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 5pm - 1:30am must be open to working a good amount of OT and weekends as well if need be
Will be working in a warehouse that can get cold as they have their products stored there.
Description
Sets up Loadout for the day
o Hook up sheet complete with any changes and communicated to transport, case dock and vault
team
o Copies given to all parties in the cooler
Sorts RTS and Add Loads per schedule
Completes daily/weekly department reports (cases per hour, trucks per hour, OT reports, etc.)
Understanding of all functions pertaining to Lydia warehouse picking system
Communicates all changes to orders to Sales/Transport
Processes add loads and specials to the responsible parties.
Prepares all Vault KPI's and submits to appropriate parties
Respond/research all shortage complaints and communicates findings.
Enters and scans all dump reports daily to accounting
Completes hook up sheet for next day's Loadout and communicates that to yard drivers
Files code date and daily trailer load reports.
Reviews missing punches and works with Plant administrator for correct schedules in the Kronos system.
Maintains appropriate dress and personal appearance standards
Knows, understands, and adheres to all Company policies and procedures
Promotes and maintains Company goodwill in all areas. Assist others and performs other tasks as
appropriate and/or necessary. Help maintain the positive image of the Company in the trade
Work Environment
The work environment is an office setting next to a warehouse, which can be very cold. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 5 pm - 1:30 am. Candidates must be open to working on weekends.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
