Compassionate Care In-Home Care is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. As the heart of our office operations, you'll play a vital role in keeping our care services running smoothly, helping both our clients and caregivers receive the support they need to thrive. Position: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $17/hour Job Type: Full-time or part-time Location: Fresno, CA (In-Office)
What You'll Do:
Provide front office support and greet caregivers and clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling coordination
Maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including filing, data entry, and updating databases
Assist with onboarding new caregivers, including preparing documentation and helping with orientation
Support payroll and invoicing processes, timekeeping systems, and biweekly pay runs
Maintain office supply inventory and organize day-to-day operations to keep the office running efficiently
Be a positive and professional point of contact for clients, caregivers, and vendors
What We're Looking For:
Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience required (healthcare or caregiving industry experience is a plus.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, compassionate, and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Minimum Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
