POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics Admin Assistant is responsible for coordinating all vehicle logistics, managing vendor relations, and implementing process improvements. The Logistics Administrative Assistant would also be responsible for facilitating projects that are logistics related in other key areas within the department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and process invoices for vendor payment
Schedule meetings with vendors
Maintain transport team shared inbox, responding to internal and external transport requests
Coordinating vehicle transportation, like new vehicles, sale vehicles, and vehicles to be recovered
Maintain and organize purchase orders
Provide updates on vehicle movements
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasks
Must have strong Excel knowledge
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Energetic and success oriented individuals
Professional written and verbal skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
