Position Summary

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director of Hunterdon Medical Management and provide secretarial assistance to the HMM team as well as the practice management team.

Primary Position Responsibilities

  1. Correspondence, mail and handling of private and confidential information
  2. Time Management of HMM Executive Director calendar. In addition, books all meeting rooms, catering, and handles all event related needs.
  3. Minute taking as assigned by Executive Director
  4. Accounts Payable
  5. Compensation Plan reports
  6. Effective communication. Extensive tasks will need to be completed in Google, (Docs and sheets)as well as MS Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) to include spreadsheet development and word processing of letters, reports and other documents.
  7. Inventory control for HMM
  8. Other related duties.
Work Contact Group (Internal/External)

Regular and frequent contact with departments of Hunterdon Medical Center, patients, families, physicians and employees providing service, resolving issues, obtaining agreement and exchanging information

Reports to (position):

Executive Director, Hunterdon Medical Management, Hunterdon Medical Practices

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):

Required:

Must have at least 5 years administrative/secretarial experience

License, Registry or Certification:

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Required:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills

Preferred:

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Google Sheets, Google Docs experience a plus.
