Our client, a small and friendly law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a supportive environment, contributing to daily operations and helping others. The ideal candidate will have a helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Fair Oaks, CA
Pay Range: $23.00 per hour
What's the Job? - Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- 20 hours per week with hours to be negotiated.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling.
- Provide support to attorneys and contribute to a positive office environment.
- Utilize Windows and WordPerfect for document creation and management.
What's Needed? - Prior experience in an office or administrative setting (legal experience a plus but not required).
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows and WordPerfect.
- Solid typing skills.
- A helpful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
