We are seeking a talented, growth-based individual to be the receptionist/office assistant in our growing office. This person will be the first face clients see and will focus on public relations and marketing the business, and they will represent the entire company. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, learning-based, a strong communicator, highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient with technology, including Google Suite. Experience with spreadsheets and data management is highly preferred. This person is the face of our Market Center, welcoming agents and clients with a warm and genuine smile. They will direct guests appropriately, notify agents and staff of arrivals, answer phones, and direct calls to agents within the Market Center. Additionally, they will be responsible for accurate data input of listing and sales data for agents in a fast-paced and highly productive office. This position is a critical part of the leadership team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This includes assisting with reports, spreadsheets, tracking office performance metrics, and supporting the leadership team in various projects. Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $16 to $18 per hour

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Setting up the training room for daily events
• Managing the phone and email system, answering phones promptly
• Maintaining continuity within the Market Center by building relationships with agents and being a culture leader
• Managing social media accounts and assisting with marketing initiatives
• Assisting with communication and service of agents in a fast-growing office
• Creating Market Center notifications and distributing them via email
• Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including spreadsheet tracking, reporting, and document preparation
• Assisting Market Center Leadership with long-term vision and operations Qualifications:
